Is there's a minimum?
There's a $20 minimum on orders with next-day service ($40 for same-day service). You can still provide as much or as little laundry as you want, but if it's less than 20 pounds you'll be charged $20.
Do I put my clothes out for pickup in laundry bags?
No. You can put your clothes out for pickup in any bag you want—just
make sure it’s closed at the top. Most people use disposable bags.
If you have air-dry clothes, put them in a separate bag and label it
“air-dry”. You can also put your clothes out in your hamper, in
which case your launderer will transfer your clothes to a disposable
bag and leave your hamper behind.
What days do you pick up and deliver?
Every day! RADSAB SERVICES operates 7 days a week.
Are there items that RADSAB SERVICES doesn’t clean?
At this time, there are a handful of items that RADSAB SERVICES cannot accept for cleaning due to the nature of the item or the risk they may pose to our team. We cannot accept the following items for cleaning:
Contaminated items.
We cannot accept items that have been contaminated with: - Bodily fluids from a human or pet - Excessive pet hair - Moisture if the item is still wet or damp - Mildew - Bedbugs - Poison ivy or poison oak oils - Hazardous chemical residue We cannot accept these items because they may pose a risk to the safety of our employees and/or they may pose a risk to the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility.
Specialty care clothing items - Wedding dresses - Vintage clothes (in some cases) - Costumes - Hats/Headwear - Shoes - Fur & Animal products (feathers, fur coats) - Purses/handbags. These clothing items require specialty care that falls outside of our area of expertise.
We are more than happy to offer suggestions for services that do specialize in these items and answer case-specific questions if you are unsure about a certain piece - just email our team at: radsabservices@gmail.com

What if I don’t want to leave my laundry out for pickup?
If you're unable to leave your laundry out for pickup, there's no need to worry as RADSAB SERVICES has a solution. Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a request to put your laundry out for pickup, but you can ignore it. Instead, wait for a message from RADSAB indicating an approximate pickup time, and then contact them to inform them that your laundry won't be out and that they should knock, ring, or message you when they arrive. You can then hand-deliver your laundry at that time. It's important to note that this is not their usual business practice and a surcharge fee of $10 will be billed if RADSAB SERVICES arrives for pickup and is unable to secure your laundry.
Do I have to separate lights and darks?
Why would you? That’ll be done for you. Your job is to tap and
order. Everything else is done for you.
Do I have to be home for pickups and deliveries?
No! RADSAB SERVICES is all about convenience. Just put your clothes out after you order and go on with your day. Your clothes will be washed, dried, folded, and delivered clean and fresh the next day.
Do you launder clothes in cold water or hot?
Clothes are washed in cold water only. However, if you want your clothes washed in hot water simply request it in “special instructions” and you’ll be accommodated.

What if my clothes are damaged?
We aim to collect your clothes, clean them to a professional standard and get them back to you all within 48 hours. If you’d prefer we went a little slower then that’s not a problem – just let us know when you want your clothes back.

Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold
Do I need to weigh my Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold bag?
NO! Your laundry is based on the actual (dry) weight. Each 10 lbs is considered a load. To give you an idea, a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag holds about 1-2 loads of laundry (depending on the type of items and if the bag is overfilled). Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly how much it weighs, we will adjust the number of loads according to the actual weight.
To avail of our Wash & Fold services, a minimum of 20 lbs is required, at a rate of only $1.45 per pound. .
*Please note that the estimate provided is for your reference only. The final price will be calculated based on the actual weight of your items after they have been cleaned. You will be charged once your fresh laundry is dropped off.
